For me, he needs to clear out the so called senior experienced players who are just not good enough. The likes of smith, Douglas, Wilkin, LMS would be the first out the door for me.

Yes we have others that ain't good enough like Lee, Thompson, Richards, Knowles etc but those so called senior players are not showing any leadership at all.

The squad is dire. It's been built on negative rugby. 5 drives and a kick is our only game plan until we get 1m off the line are try to barge over.

From this crop of crap we have in the squad we have only percy and Walmsley that are outstanding players. We have few decent players like fages, Roby amor and taia but the rest are rubbish.
