Any other self respecting sport would have revoked a teams member status. Or at the very least relegated them right to the bottom (like in football, see Swindon a while back - yes I know it wasn't salary cap but that's how it should be done).

Not the best example to use for a self respecting sport – Swindon were relegated two divisions (one on appeal I think) for financial irregularities and yet the next season Chelsea were caught doing the same thing yet were only fined. Unfortunately all sports are the same, one rule for the rich and powerful, another rule for the rest. The only differences are scale
