mmm - motivational or knee jerk?

Do we really need this hysterical reaction every time we suffer a bad defeat? I would imagine every team has had 40+ put on them at some stage throughout the season.

He seemed to have reigned it in a few weeks ago when things were looking up but it seems we are back to normal again now we've lost a couple.

Hmm, seems a little childish to me, by all means get them focused on the last two games but also treat them like adults, or they may well react like kids.

Good decision. Who would you pick? Not one player has been stand out for me and you’d be picking from a poor bunch of underperforming players. You could count on one hand and still have fingers left over when totalling up the number of good performances we’ve seen this season.

This and his outburst in today's MEN ... not as how I like my boss PUBLICLY reacting.

Exactly what he said, the investment made by the Doctor into this shower of sh*t, and the sum of their return is to finish in the mix of the three clubs that either went bust or were as good as bust. Whats to celebrate.

I don’t know. A little step backwards, before taking another two forward? You cannot disagree that there hasn’t been an apparent improvement in performances under Harris, however Sunday has undone all that good work and apparent progress as it looked like we were back to where we started.

You have to feel for the coach after performances like that, after two weeks off you can guarantee they weren’t practising conceding penalties and making countless unforced errors. The players need to take full responsibility for not performing to the levels they are capable of and not following the game plan.

For the first time in years this season we have had the likes of Leeds etc resting players the game before they play Salford. All the big clubs have wanted to do a job on us to put us in our place after all the gobbing off in pre season about top 4 etc, whereas usually we could rely on the off chance of a couple of them playing a weakened side and getting a result. Anywhere between 7th and 12th was always on the cards, and sadly we are at the lower end of it.

Whilst the players ultimately have to carry the can, plenty of the off field nonsense this year has done them no favours.

I have no idea what we hope to gain from this latest stunt. Anyone?

Really disappointed in his decision and he wouldn't be advising this on his management training courses.
