Its on the arm of the shirt you are right. They were giving out small logo's that can be ironed onto shirts...

WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO IRON A SPONSOR ON YOUR SHIRT? THEY SHOULD PAY YOU TO DO IT.

Well you know, a lot of kids buy these kits to look like the players, so they'll want their replica kit to look the same as the players'.

If it's for free, I see no problem really. I don't understand why we're signing shirt sponsorship deals mid-season, for this season, though. Never seen that before.

do 'big storage' pay your expenses for driving to the shop?

if they want to put there money into our club why the big thing giving out stickers etc?

i dont see no SJM promotions on our shirt sleeves + simons put more money than most into our club!

They've paid to sponsor our shirt, so they've given out the stickers so fans can have their image on the shirt. Is it for free? Well they were giving the stickers out for free, and the club have offered to do the job properly, free of charge. You don't have to drive there, you could even do it at home I'm sure, they're just doing their end of the deal.

so why do it half way thru he season then?
i wont be ironing it on myself.
nor will i be driving to the shop.

I really struggle to understand the problem with somebody sponsoring our shirt, and the club offering to iron the sponsor on the shirt for us, but each to their own, I guess.

I didn't know Simon Moran sponsored the club, I know he's a major shareholder or something but I didn't realize he sponsored us. Does he?

Well, don't. I was just saying that there are some fans out there who want the full replica look, lots of kids out there buy the shirt to look like the players, I'm pretty sure a few parents will go out of their way if it means putting an extra inch on their child's grin when he wears the jersey.

I don't understand why they've done it now, in the middle of the season, maybe it's just a half-season thing and it was all the business could afford (I have no idea who they are, apologies if they're a large business, like).

Talking off the full replica look .....after Eddie complained about not being able to see your numbers and you changed them did your club give out new numbers in the style they have now !!!!

Were not half way through the season and the club would be stupid to refuse the sponsorship. They (the sponsors) have done quite a large amount of sponsorship deals with local sports teams recently. God forbid they actually stop their promotional drive, just because the season has started




I suppose you don't agree with bringing in a coach 'half way' through the season, if we really wanted him we should have had him in place at beginning of season.
