They are scared of the TV "experts" slated them if they get it wrong even in real time.

Thing is, som of them tonight, on another night, you can guarantee they'd be given.

What does Child do on a Sunday? Just run around guessing? May as well not take any results he's had without a video ref seriously because he hasn't got a clue!

in fairness to child, on field he awarded our first "non try"...it is the ten replays and the fact you know two dick heads in a box are arguing on whether they can overrule a try or not, that gets me annoyed.

as Wayne Bennett said the Video ref should just get 3 views at it, if they can't decide by then, then you go with the on field refs decision.

The people in the video booth should just move the pictures on the big screen on the refs instructions. Let the on-field ref have the final say.

It spoilt what semblance there was of a professional rugby match tonight. By the end the video ref was clearly embarrassed and gave decisions on one or two viewings.

Like Hicks last week, Childs isn't good enough, confident enough or man enough to give a game like that to. His general decision making was horrendous, there were some horrendous play the balls tonight and players were making more metres after the tackle or held call that they did before it.

totally agree..what annoned me was the clark try it was clearly knocked out by a cheats hand(sorry saints hand) yet the try was not given and the cheats got the scrum..a similar incident at our ground saw a try awarded for golden boy...

this should be a new law
