Do you have the time and energy to walk 15 miles for your club? Join 100 Leigh Centurions fans on the road to raising £10,000.
What is the LISA Hundred/100 Club?
We need 100 people to raise £100 each to help raise £10,000 for Leigh Centurions coach Ian Millward to purchase additional players to help take Leigh Centurions back to Super League.
Can I work with friends/colleagues to raise the £100 needed?
Yes, each member of the Hundred/100 club can be either individuals or groups of people. Each registered group or individual just needs to raise £100 or more.
When will the sponsored walk take place?
The walk is scheduled to take place on Sunday 25th July 2010 from Leigh Sports Village to the Stobart Stadium, Widnes. The total distance of the walk is 15.32 miles and should take approximately 5 hours to complete.
How do I register to take part in the walk?
Registration can take place by contacting Steven Hall on the following number 07986 884196 or by email at lisahundred100club@hotmail.co.uk .
What the club think of this fund raising initiative.
Leigh Chief Executive Allan Rowley fully endorsed the project:-
‘’Once again Lisa have come up with a wonderful fund raising idea that will ultimately assist the club in signing players of the calibre of Stuart Donlan and many others before him. The club are extremely proud of the Lisa organisation and its members, which is the envy of many clubs not only in the Co Operative. Championship but across the rugby league fraternity.’’

Lap of honour at the Stobart for the 100 volunteers?
Might've worked better walking the other way so they could get a lap of honour at the LSV, along with the adoration of other Leythers?

Great idea. The date clashes with the 10k run around the flash which starts and ends at LSV so watch out for logistics problems.
