was a bad high shot and he deserved to be sent off, big fan of alsteads myself and am certain he didnt mean to but it i cant see how any one can argue he didnt deserve to go. Full credit to lads though on a hard fought win

Point is Demon yesterday a lot of people just turned out in T-Shirts and the rain when it came was torrential at one point and I'm sure a few fans turned back.

Come on..........it had been raining on and off for most of the day, certainly in Warrington it was. Pointless discussion anyway. At the end of the day it never bothered them at HP in winter. Some people will watch whatever the weather others won't, everyone is free to make their own decisions. The current state of the game is part of the cause of this general malaise....no P&R, nothing to play for, no away fans, no atmosphere (although the North Stand do their best).

You will see the consequences of this stupid system when one or both of the clubs kicked out of SL next season go into administration almost immediately

PS The weather won't affect the attendees when we reach one or both of the finals on offer...you'll see

Put it this way IMO we will be lucky to see dave Alstead on the field of play after the Dews game for two to four games.

It must look bad if your saying that Fred, but if Thackery only got three games for that piece of thuggery against Sheffield then I think he may only get two.

Believe me - if I wasn't 3000 miles away I would be there every week! Thats what annoys me so much - I guess you don't know what you have got till its gone. I would give my right arm to attend these matches (well..not quite!) yet some people are put off by any lame reason you care to name. Well done, of course, to the diehards..but surely we were expecting many many more for that game.
