Leeds were very good it has to be said. Would have beaten anyone today. Having said that we can all see there is certaily a gap between Leeds and the rest when they are on song. If your not at your best and Leeds are - forget it

A reality check for BMac's Grand Final ambitions

We haven't got too much to worry about. A lot of players didn't perform and we've got room for improvement.

We should to give Leeds a lot of credit as well. They were red hot and some of the skill was sensational.

Think we came up against a Leeds team that first 10 minutes aside were as good as any team you'll see. Didn't help with the errors we made either but we just couldn't stay with the Rhinos tonight - its disappointing but we need to put it behind us and get set for the next game.

John Kear quoted some statistic on Radio 5 Extra last night about how often teams who have been stuffed come back and win their next game. Let’s all hope he’s adding next Sunday to his list.

Terrible, embarrassing performance. Nobody looked interested. As pointed out, only LMS was decent, with a shout for Wells too.

Its OK to completely take players out off the ball now is it? (Irrespective if they are involved in the play). Randall got absolutely flattened and it was ignored. Brilliant.

Not pointing the obvious but maybe because he genuinely thought it was a try.

Explain to me how its OK for Randall to be completely taken out away from the action?



Is that generally acceptable now? If a player flies out of the line in the centres, they can flatten their opposite number even if the ball is on the other side of the pitch?

Who flattened him? When was this? Must be in the build up to a Leeds try?

Is it just me or is Williamson looking like a poor piece of business? Woeful today. At fault for a lot of the penalties, some silly decisions when on the ball and not great in defence.

Don't understand why Golden was subbed on about the 30 minute mark and never re-appeared, when 'Cougar' played the full 80.

Chad, superb as always, as was Clubby and LMS.

Also why didn't Gale appear for the second half? Didn't see him pick up an injury....

Also....Howell is very underrated.

Its obviously not ok for players to be taken out at any time by anyone but the answer to your original question stands the VR Phil Bentham in this matter would surely not give a try unless he genuinely thought it was a try.
