I said a few times early on in the year that he was my biggest disappointment in a poor start because I expected him to have a huge year.

After today I'm thinking that knee may have held him back because he was outstanding I thought. He was big in defence and made loads of ground forward with superb leg drive.

Wane has confirmed after the game that Flower, Lockers, Charnley,Powell and Bateman are all fit to play in the Wire game so the competition is intense.

Thought his first stint was really good but a bit quiet in his second.

Team for Thursday will be really interesting.
Manfredi should keep his place.
Flower and Lockers will come straight in no doubt. Patrick and Tautai to drop out.
Bateman could take Logan's place on the bench with McIlorum doing 80 mins.

We can then put Powell back in against Wakefield.

Charnley can't and won't get back in. There's no need to put Powell in yet but the other three should come in.

I'd want to reward Bateman with a spot tbh. He's been a giant for us this year and I'd hate to demotivate him.

Ease Lockers and Flower back in with Clubb and Sutton to come on and bash people about.

That bench has me salivating in anticipation. It looks (and is) so much stronger than having Logan, so I would go with that against a big, tough pack like Warrington. Micky Mac did the first hour today - let him do the same on Thursday and if he then tires, put Lockers or Williams in at 9.

Fairly sure it was one of your players that started punching ours in the last game. And no one has forgotten Westwood on Green 18 months ago either. That's the only rough housing I can remember in recent times.
