clearly paying thier players in brown envelopes. how can they possibly sign all these players on their crowds? they are worse than ours?

I can't quite bring myself to be as hard faced cynical as sun bed kid but Im sure he aint the only one wondering how Salford are managing to sign all these players and stay under cap. Im sure the Myler payments are helpful but did he really go for such a large fee?

im not to sure on the actual fee and what was added to the cap after he went but it has made alot of space free and wehave players leaving at the end of the season who are highly paid at our club like alker, talau, sibbit, j smith

so in other words you are cheating

how are we cheating the myler transfer freed up space on the salary cap and we are letting highly paid players go dont see why you lot are so bitter cause you wont get your license renewed

If you Wakey fans did research you would know that we Salford have only been operating on half their salary cap for the last 2 years, and with the stadium sorted it means we can spend quite alot

I can't imagine the likes of Nero, Anderson, Bailey, Palaesina or Latu or on much. The majority of these are journeymen who probably weren't offered contract at their clubs. Patten and Holdworths will probably be on a bit but you've got to imagine Salford have the smallest wage bill in the league prior to these signings.

They'll be under the cap and by a fair bit in my opinion. Compare their side to the likes of Leeds, Wigan, Warrington and Saints. It's apparent they're taking a little gamble so that when the new stadium opens they have some momentum.

Whether these players will take them to the standard they desire is another question.

im not bitter. im just astonished you have admitted that your own club are cheating. we may have a knackered stadium but we WILL get our stadium and WE will pull your pants down everytime we play you like we will on sunday
