I think that we would have the better end of the deal but I would not be overly happy with Noble as I would prefer an Aussie to come over and bring some new ideas with him.

Yes I have seen this comment made on a number of other posts. I'm not sure why everyone thinks that untried and untested would be a good thing for Wakefield right now?
Personally I am very happy with Brian Nobles track record and would settle for the same at Wakefield next year. Plus he is highly regarded in RL and would be a clear sign of Wakefields ambition at this moment in time. |

I think Noble would be ideal. He's improved every team he has taken on. He couldn't take Wigan to the next level, but he certainly set them on the way. The next couple of years is going to be a mix of young 'uns and decent signings, and Noble would do nicely for me.
