yes and once again it was myself and another lady who went in in our very limited spare time on Friday and updated all the payments & did the draw & emailed the results out and sent out all the prizes. We can only apologise for not putting it on the website but we did not have access to that facility , but as you can see now Ant has returned from his holiday the results are on the website.

Why do some people have an obsession with the prompt appearance of the draw numbers. It reminds me of a certain uncle I used to have with his daily toilet habits.

Sorry Jason, that I remind you of your "regular" uncle and just to add that nobody would ever call Felines efforts into question.
If the club had been made up of others of her calibre, we would certainly be prosperous and it was never my intention to question her efforts or commitment to the club, which are utterly commendable and have been for many years.

However, do you really think that we can "sell" a weekly draw by not actually having "a weekly draw" and by not publishing the results. We may as well not have a draw and just ask for a donation.
If we don't carry out the promised basic elements of the scheme, membership will drop and the revenue will fall and although reminding people of this may seem pedantic, it should in fact be helpful.

Just because the results aren't published as prompt as "YOU" wish doesn't mean there hasn't been a draw.

Nobody is questioning the few staff at BV that are doing a remarkable job but in defence of Wrencat all anyone is asking for is consistancy. Its not the diehards on here that need convincing, they'll buy their numbers anyway. If its to suceed it needs to be a product non fans would buy and therefore it has to be transparent and consistant. If its drawn on a wednesday, a friday whatever and the results are published on a friday or monday it doesn't matter but it needs to be the same time everytime. If done well it will drive regular traffic to the website which helps sell advertising down the line. Done well, and its certainly getting better, its a 3 or 4 grand a week all year round, something we (the club) desperatly need and support.
