A few things....
The non-exchanging of my shirt, because i had no receipt.. Even though the guy remembered me getting it.
Taking a T-Shirt back that was too small (that i got bought for my b-day).. With receipt, they never had any in stock of correct size so said it was now £5 in sale so i can only get £5 back or swap it for something else!!

Great news for the club and a great achievement but the club will only get ticket money from me now.. JJB will get my shirt sales!! |

that is against your statutory rights, you are entitled to a FULL REFUND of the original receipt value. |
