The fact we have a sniff of being in the top 8 with this clown in charge is a minor miracle in itself. To be honest I'm past caring, like many fans while Agar is at the helm I will continue to wrote off the season the moment it starts.

Looks a similar end to last season's.

I can see us losing at Headingley in the league, knocked out by Leeds in the cup and then out in the first round of the play offs (if we make 8th). That would mean four seasons without a playoff win and three without beating a Super League team in the Challenge Cup.

The next 2 games will determine how our season pans out I reckon. Anything less then 2 wins and we will be in a battle for 8th with Bulls, Salford and Rovers going right down to the wire.

2 wins and a potential Easter style run may see us gain ground on Cas and Leeds but more importantly move away from the chasing pack.

We are Hull and dont do things easily so I expect the former with a defeat at the Bulls tomorrow.

our last 2 games were vital in terms of league standings but losing 2 those 2 teams now means we are in a battle for 7th/8th.

We have 8th spot at the moment so it is in our hands to at least keep it if not move higher and to do that we have to perform at a consistently high standard for the next 10 rounds. What chance?
