Sounds like Horney had a blinder today. Has he regathered his form or was it a one off?

Best game he's had for about 5 years! I have been a critic for a long-time but I can only applaud his performance today, it was like we were back in 2005/2006 when he was a GB international.

Having Holdsworth along side him doing the kicking (always been Horne's biggest flaw IMO) worked well, and I think he'll keep his place for Friday at least.

As I said I think a big difference was having Holdsworth alongside him doing the kicking and directing the team, leaving Horne to concentrate what he is good at finding gaps and broken field running.

I think he can, there was some-thing totally different about him from the last couple of seasons. He was like a young Horney with a lot of energy coupled with his experience, maybe he is fitter than he has been for a while and the pressure has been removed. I also thought he looked a bit more beefed up than he has the past couple of seasons.

Horney really was good today, even his kicking was spot on. With whats coming up next 2 games we really needed 2 points today and for the first time I questioned Peter Gentles team selection before the game. I was very happy to be wrong, he got it just right.
