For me an excellent interview and we are lucky that the bloke is looking to be around for another '10 to 15 years' we are lucky to have such an owner. But as for the Stadium stuff I think the most pertinent thing was his comment 'I'll have the leader onto me now saying Adam what you thinking of' which indicates for me that the Council is involved. The only thing that stopped this happening in the past was a shortfall of finance but now it appears he seems to like private equity funding.

.... let's hope it will cost nothing to build (or maintain).

Usually you’d need Council involvement in order to get some cheap land.

Quite funny that Adam is now bound by the terms and conditions of an agreement that he helped negotiate. With someone from the Council who then went onto work for the SMC.....

While I'd love us to have a smaller ground with standing...I cant see where the funds are coming from.

Also not a load of empty plots in West Hull without buying up a lot of houses/property. The KCOM is ideally placed for our fanbase if we moved further away then we'd risk losing fans.
