Totally out of order, what that lad has done for this club is beyond belief. We wouldn't be sitting where we are now if it wasn't for him.

Which chant?


Personally, my thoughts are, he had the game of his life V Widnes, I'm thankful for.

I also know, his temper gets the better of him at time. So, if we as fans, can wind the hell out of him and cause him to lose his head against us, i'll sing whatever song it takes against him.



Danny Brough he's a W4nker!

It's called banter. Do you want us to give him encouragement? The guy goes off his game as soon as someone/something gets to him.

Blaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

He was great in a Cas shirt but he's moved on. End of.

You could argue that wouldn't have been in the National Leagues in the first place if he hadn't got himself banned at the most important time of the 2006 SL season too...

Swings and roundabouts

He single-handedly got us up from the Championship, short memories and that.

Not at all but for people to call him a w**** is totally out of order when he had the game of his life vs Widnes (and not just against Widnes may I add) stayed with us in the Championship and showed real loyalty to us and then we call him a w**, unbelievable.

If you can get any player off his game by a chant then they are fair game.
If I met him off the pitch then its different, while he is playing he is trying to take 2 points away from my boys!

Loyalty.......hmmm where did he go to?

He stayed with us when other teams wanted him, granted he went at the end of the season but for no other reason than he didn't know whether he'd be playing SL rugby the year after and he needed to support his family.

I wouldn't chant it but people who do chant it to put him off his game then fair play, but people who chant it and mean it I think they need to have a look at what Danny Brough did for this club when times were hard.

It should all be about affecting the game, take Johnny Heitinga of my soccer team and his brush with Ashley Cole just before the penalty...put him off a bit



Anyone who means it and is getting personal and needs to get a grip.

You obviously have the short memory,do the names,Guttenbiel,Higgins,McGoldrick,Wainwright,Westerman,Dixon,Williams,Thackery,Henderson,Huby,Charles,Donlan,Lupton,etc,etc,etc,mean anything at all to you,without these players laying the platform for him,he wouldn't have had half the influence he did,I think the phrase "single handedly" may upset just a few of these people,as for Brough,he had the chance to stay and deciced to bail out,you are the one with the misguided loyalty.
