Been decent this year and could see him doing well in the other code.

.... This is what I keep saying to our haters, be careful what you wish for becuase others can see potential in players and will sign them, where our fans are absolutely driving people away I certain circumstances.

I think he has been naive at times, but has potential, it is a shame he was so slated. Who'd stay where they clearly were not wanted?

British Rugby League is not in a position to let promising young backs like this to to union. I think Rugby League has lost this player for good.
I would hope he's not replaced with a has been or never was player from the NRL for the good of British Rugby League.

He was clearly not good enough for SL, his tackling & positioning are abysmal.

Also worth noting the last player Leeds took from Cas was Hepworth...so they're not exactly great at spotting "talent" from Cas, are they?

No loss to league at all and it's addition by subtraction for Cas, Blackmore & Clare are both better.

With over 4,000 posts to your name I thought that you'd post some sense Gronk! but deary me do you talk rubbish. How can you claim that 2 players (Blackmore & Clare), with less than 5 SL games between them are better than Josh Griffin. Yes, he (JG) has had his problems but he has improved immensely over the past month. He, along with Youngquest are our top try scorers this season and in a struggling team Josh has given us a good return. I only hope that Griffin leaving has opened up the possibility of us signing Rhys Williams on a permanent deal. I would be very excited to see a Tigers back line of Owen, Williams, Shenton, Webster, Carney, Chase & Ellis starting 2013.

I completely agree Gronk! I think his defence is shambolic and he has the heart the size of a pea, hopefully we can bring in a decent replacement

I would prefere Williams myself but I can see us having Carney and Clare as our starting wingers next year.

Thank god for that he is one of worst wingers i seen at Cas please replace him because i think thats 12 left and only 5 signed we alreay have a small squad.

He's gone to Leeds Tykes who are a poor RU club, and he had only plied (or tried to) with poor RL clubs. If he is such a loss, I wonder where the big clubs are with their offers??
Personally I think he is at his level, and whoever is his employer is getting a poor rugby player who seems to have higher views of himself than any of his previous employers who have sought to replaced him with better players.
