Should be a good chance to see how we are shaping up for the new season. It was good last year.

Always nice to go to Dewsbury, decent ground and decent supporters.
Bulls usually play quite a few juniors in these matches so it will be good to have a look at them also

could be some competition with Dewsbury for those same juniors as the linkup has been renewed meaning all our players will also be dual regd Dewsbury players. Sam Wood for one looks to be following in the footsteps of OBrien and it should provide a similar developmental environment for him to push on in the same way. with the world cup players coming back late they presumably will be in contention for the cas game - so its going to be an interesting selection. I would guess Henry will be in there, likewise George

Not sure overseas players are eligible, which would rule out Henry but it only does good for player development imo.

I think he meant that Henry will play at Dewsbury with George - not go on loan to them. I also like this game as it does start to get you ready for the new season.

Looks like we're going for an actual game rather than one sided affair we've seen last couple of times. Be good to see what some of our younger players are capable off to give us an idea of our squad depth.
Has Luke George got a knock? Thought he'd get a run out this week after his absence last week.

I just hope the game is still on as the weather today has been terrible
