As it says on the tin. What would be your preference on Saturday?

As someone who enjoys a yearly weekend in the South of France it's a no brainer for me - plenty of like for like Lancashire towns to visit !!

Leigh will win comfortably imo though. The Catalans team don't look to have any fight in them.

Given the choice between a weekend in the South of France, or a day trip to a suburb of Wigan I think I'd choose Catalans

I voted Catalans mainly cos they have bigger attendances, wider spread for the league, Perpignon is more interesting and generally nicer than Leigh.

However, I will say there is two sides to this. I want Catalans to stay up for the reasons I have said however I kind of want Leigh to stay up so that it is a different team going down. You know that if Leigh went down people would be saying that yes there is promotion/relegation but it just involved the two same teams as it did last year.

catalan, even though i wont be going next season if they stay up, nothing against leigh or their fans but SL will be less attractive without them

Catalan for sure. Nothing against Leigh but super league is worse off without a French team in it.

Maybe thats part of the problem , the ' French ' team had 1 more French man in its starting 13 last weekend than the team from Lancashire

Partly because I want to see what SL do if Catalans do go done. Mainly because I think that they need to reorganise, get rid of the dead wood. And give them something to aim for as a club. As at the moment they are just drifting and papering over the problems the club has.

Quite simply , Catalans has become a holiday venue for both Souther hemisphere and English players , time for a French ' revolution ' , become a truly home country team
