So it's been announced that we shall only be burdened with Asotasi's 'services' for five more games, and then he's out the door. Smith has confirmed there is 'one more' signing to come. Surely this means the new prop we've all been crying out for is on his way for the 2016 season... Right?

Anyone else find it strange (worrying?) that there have been no rumblings in Wire's ever-spinning rumour mill regarding this final signing? I can't remember the last time a signing wasn't old news to any attentive fan by the time of its official announcement. What does this mean? If we have got a new quality prop lined up how has it been kept so hush hush so far?

Personally I think the last signing won't be a prop. I think Westwood will be a bench prop next year, with Atkins making the transition into second row and EASTMOND will be our final signing as a first choice centre alongside Hughes.

Eastmond is a done deal so unless we are making two signings we won't be signing another prop.

I definitely think Westwood will move to prop as you say. It's been obvious for ages that Atkins attributes are more suited to playing second row.

Atkins is to remain at 3/4 and will likely be released next year as he has lost pace which was his key attribute to his position.

Oh lets not start with the "done deal" lark. Can't be doing with another Andre Savelio situation again.

Where's the attraction with Eastmond anyway?

We should have anticipated this earlier and signed Ryan Hinchcliffe for 2016 before Huddersfield signed him.
