What an odd episode. I didn't think we should have re-signed him, but cannot imagine it has done the guy's self esteem much good. Unless he has done something odd in the background I'm not aware of.

OK Powell wasn't up for grabs when Dwyer was and we did need another 9, but wasn't over impressed because Walker and Dwyer were too similar in style and I'd take the former over the latter.
Powell offers something different.
Dwyer could have still done a good job for us - and will do for Leigh I'm sure - but this is good gor all concerned I feel.
