Leeming, Fairbank, Simpson, Hughes caught my eye

But everyone had a good game, the props especially played well

Ellis with two crucial drop goals and Brough with his kicks

A good 80 minute performance all contributed.

The only soft score we gave up was the first one, the rest were just luck of the bounce and conditions I think

If we have cudjoe back next week id put Hughes back to second row, drop mullally and play Fairbank.

Good all round team performance my MOM was Mcgillivary.
Thought Leeming actually had his least effective game for the Giants. Bentham does not get any better.

I'd drop Connor personally and put Wardle back to centre

We may not have a say in the matter Code three brawls we may have two or three players banned.As for Connor I will not condemn a player for standing up for himself, He was tapped a few times by Wolves players who Bentham allowed to get away with it.Still a very good result.

Great result today. We toughed it out and out muscled the experts in that department and with a young team. These lads now need to be kept faith with. I think both teams might get players being banned for foul play, but it's about time the ref also got a ban, that performance was terrible, absolutely no consistency at all, it must be a nightmare for players to play when that's happening and its annoying for fans too. I think we as paying customers are owed an explanation for the inconsistency at least then we might tolerate it a bit more if we understand why refs do what they do.

So so impressed with that second half.

Ref abysmal, rub going against us and all set for us to roll over. No. They showed minerals today, they were really excellent and I am really proud of that display. They should be too.
