As much as the enthusiasm and determination of our current coach is to be applauded, his predecessor was also quite a passionate bloke too, but wholly incompetent and unable to coach the team and I have to say, on current form, Henderson is not the man to lead us to the heights of the middle 8's next year.

I believe that if we don't do something NOW, we will be a C1 club inside 12 months.

At least we'll have a ground fit for standard then.



I'm torn on Hendo as when he doesn't play we are totally rubbish.

Henderson is still learning his craft. He needs Nobby to step up and become head coach.....which in turn will attract a better standard of tough/gnarly player from the north which is what we'll need next year. I'm not blaming Henderson for our current state, but to get out of it we need to spend cash in the right places and I think a coach like Nobby will attract better players.

The most efficient person at the club is the one who "moderates' the Facebook page. A number of negative (no swearing or name calling just realistic) posts regarding the weekends stellar display and attendance were swiftly seen too.

I believe we need some continuity and so changing coach would be a mistake. Noble didn't seem to be at yesterday's game so not sure if his involvement is over or not. Let Henderson sort out who he is keeping. Buy in some championship forwards in particular, have a good close season and give next year a real go. If we are still at crowds of 250 by end of season, then I think it's over and pack up!

Why get rid of hendo? he is playing with Grimas team here pretty much. Let him build his own team.

Haven't people said that for the last decade? X coach failed because he was playing Y coach's team? Its been a downwards spiral for so long now.....there seems to be no way of breaking the losing culture. Maybe its a toxic brand? Scrap it and let something new emerge.

Not me. Even if that is true, this difference for me would be we have a coach now who I think knows what he is dong
