Just got back from the 260 mile round trip & "pi**ed off" doesn't cover it.
The pitch may well have been swimming at 12, but that's when it stopped raining and by the time people were turning up (I got there at 2:15), the sun was out, the breeze was up and not a puddle anywhere. That pitch would have been more than playable by 3 o'clock.

Was SW worried the players might tear a nail, or get their hair messed up or som't?
