Derrell Olpherts has signed until the end of the season. Never been a massive fan but we have struggled making meters out of the back field without Jerry so I do think he is an improvement on Franco

Who did he play for how old is he and does he get injured a lot

If Thornley is back this week, him and Derrell will strengthen the right flank.

Fine with this. He’s got the physical attributes and experience to offer options on the wing. Will help with bringing the ball out in those early carries too.

The trouble with Olpherts is he's error prone, and quite often at crucial times.Having said that,his try ratio is very good,never lacks for effort,and although not perhaps SL,this could be a shrewd signing.

Don't have a problem with this tbh. A proven SL winger, OK, he's not the best, but I think he will go well for us and DP knows him.
He's also a Wakey lad and for that he gets a bonus point!
