What is interesting is agar's comment " He has been in great form"

Guess it depends on whether the 'plans' that have been 'reassessed' include not signing some players we previously were planning to - Long and Gleeson are the obvious two candidates. That would free up a big chunk of cap.

Sounds that way Jake. The old board would of claimed holding money back due to players coming on the market mid season I guess. Lets hope we really splash the cash now then.

I just hope that not spending to the full cap is not accepted as the latest reason for our underachievement rather than Agar. Most of us agree that the current squad (regardless of what it costs) should be good enough to be challenging for the top 4. There are also at least 2 teams above us who I would expect spend less than us.

Another excuse for Agar to use, same as if Westermen doesnt play tonight.

Either way we need more players so having room to move is a good thing.

And for Shergar to say Lauaki's form has been "good" says he's willing to accept mediocre displays and performances so long as he's "a great guy to have around the place"

Peease please please Mr Pearson sack Agar now and get a new man in so he can at least take a bit of control on retention and new signings

It pains me to say, that I hope we get hammered tonight, to show Adam Pearson,
that what can be achieved ,by top coaching., and also hopefully another nail in Agar's coffin.

I also hope the crowd, chant Agar Out, at the end of the game, if there are any fans left.

To be honest, I feel a lot more relaxed about Agar now (& a lot more positive about the club in general).
We now have a new owner who will not accept mediocrity & underacheivement. I have faith that Pearson will do the right thing. I don't expect that to be before the end of the season though.
